Purpose of Position We are looking for a Regional Commercial Manager to lead and develop a high-performance sales team to achieve sales and profit targets for the sales of Agri input in the respective province. You will enhance the prosperity of farmers by acting as a Key Driver of specific agri-input product strategies to deliver sustainable long-term regional sales business objectives and accurate and timely sales forecasts and plans. Key Accountabilities   Manage and drive the region's sales number and P&L (in terms of Volume, Revenue, and Margins); and NPL as a percentage of Sales. Identify new growth areas and evaluate alternate business models to drive future growth. Manage Sales Fixed Costs and Business Quality by’ optimizing Sales Returns and collections. Led and Motivated the Sales team of Branches to execute sales campaigns and business delivery in accordance with the Field Crops Sales Execution Strategy Contribute and adhere to the Jiva commercial policies and pricing structures. Explore alternate distribution models by Identifying opportunities with strategic partners. Assume external relationship responsibilities and create a conducive “License To Operate” environment for the divisions with local regulators and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with Key stakeholders (Agronomy, Category, Growth, Training, PDG, Fulfillment, etc.) Act as a single contact point for the regional’s Monthly Sales Outlooks, Sales and operations Plans, Year End Estimates, Sales Execution Strategies, and People related matters for alignment in line with overall FC Business aspirations under the direction of the National Sales Head Enable, coach, mentor, and train the Branches’ Sales team Develop and maintain a high-performing Sales organization. Competencies Critical Knowledge Expertise in Sales Management, People Management, and Building Winning Teams Retail and distribution business understanding Strategic Decision Making and Entrepreneur Mindset Project management capability Various Agri input category business acumen - understanding of commercial, Agronomy, Fulfillment, and Distribution Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Agri input Business Understanding – Commercial, Agronomy, will be a point plus Critical technical, professional, and personal capabilities  Excellent organization and leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Business and Financial acumen Strong interpersonal communication and influencing (with or without authority) skills to work across numerous internal multidisciplinary groups, including Growth, Fulfillment, Product Category, Agronomy, Commercial, Regulatory, Technology, etc. Self-motivation and ability to travel Analytical and strategic skills Decision-making skills Capability to acquire scientific and product knowledge. Critical Leadership capabilities  Orientation in Result through Growth Mindset Team Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring Leading Change Championing Diversity & Inclusion Qualifications & experience 8-10 years of sales and commercial experience in Agri-input company At least 5 years experience in leading team and manage in Indonesia’s area Demonstrated people management potential and coaching others to success Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia communication, both written and speaking KPI & Conduct Requirements Financial: regional P&L overview and monitoring (Volume, Revenue, GP, Sales Fixed Costs) People Management: Team Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring Strategic: Create and execute the plan for business delivery
