Required Skills and Competencies : • Good knowledge of direct selling industry (e.g. Amway Policies, Distributors’ business model, Sales Plan). • Advanced understanding and implementation related to sales training programs for business lines (e.g. nutrition & wellness, beauty & body, electronics). • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Forms). • High sense of urgency and commitment in creating solutions, recommendations, and innovations related to the sales training programs for our distributors. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to see the big-picture concerns and company’s strategic objectives and translate them into day-to-day training activities, prepared by the training team members. • Strong critical thinking to evaluate both effectiveness and efficiency measurements of each training program to look out for opportunities and issues prevention in the future, prepared by the training team members. • Excellent communication skills with negotiation and public speaking skills to influence the audiences and to provide technical advice for our distributors. • Proven ability in monitoring concurrent sales training programs with different business lines. • Numerous experiences in leading a team, cross-functional, and cross-departments teamwork (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Communication) Job Segment: Marketing Manager, Training, Manager, Marketing, Operations, Management
