The Offer Work alongside & learn from best in class talent Fantastic work culture Opportunity to make a positive impact The Job You will be responsible for : Responsible to do end to end recruitment process (Job Advertisement preparation, CV Screening, Interview, job offering process, etc) Handling employee internal/external training & onboarding training Manage HR Correspondences, HR Service & HR Administration (onboarding, offboarding, probation/contract notification, employee attendance, employee database,etc) Support monthly payroll administration, BPJS Health & BPJS Employment administration Overseeing daily office management & operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment Providing administrative support for the General Affairs department Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of office-related transactions and activities Work closely with HR&GA Team The Profile Having minimum 1 year experience in similar position Bachelor’s degree in Economic/Psychology/HR Management/related field Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Proficient in English (Verbal & written) is a must to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. Excellent in communication, high integrity, aware and commit to tasks, willingness to learn and have growth mindset.
