Role and Responsibilities :Assisting Finance and Operation Manager in Finance Management-related tasks which includes :To support setting up, improve and manage financial processes according to policies and deadlinesTo support preparing monthly and annual finance report;To assist in preparing, paying, reporting, and streamlining tax report which includes but not limited to PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and annual corporate tax report;To check and report the regular payment to external vendors, reimbursement, and cash in advance for staffs;To work together with Finance and Operation Manager to create and to regularly update finance dashboard that is accessible for public;To submit, report, and maintain finance-related communication on Salesforce between Ashoka Indo-Hub and Ashoka Global which includes but not limited to vendor invoice and cash request;To support any matters related to bank affairs;To support the streamlining budgeting and funding sources from partners and other Ashoka entities;To assist the audit process, both in Indonesia and Global;To support checking, communicating, and maintaining Global Shared Service (GSS) report with Ashoka Global counterpart;To support Operation Associate and other team-of-team works.Required Skills and Experience •• Fluent English• Highly organized and detail-oriented• Finance management knowledge• Time management and multitasking skills• Able to work on own initiative, proactively and independently and under minimal supervision• Strong team member• Communication skill with different audiences• Proficient in Excel/Word• IT-savvy• Familiar with Salesforce and general IT tools (desirable)• University degree in finance, accounting, economics or business management• Less than 2 years of professional experience in a finance and operation role.• Motivated to grow and learn new skills Personal Qualities Ashoka has a rigorous screening process for hiring staff at all career stages.All applicants for all positions must possess the following qualities along with the appropriate degree of experience:Entrepreneurial/Intrapreneurial quality; has been involved in an organization/transformed organizationsUnderstanding and Belief in the Everyone a Changemaker: Understands and believes the Everyone a Changemaker vision at a gut level.
