What you will do : Culture and Engagement Involves collaborating with all of the team across departments and to build a positive working environment and productive organization. Support the team to have end-to-end preparations for all our events, supporting in building a plan, implementing and coordinating internal activities, ie. Townhall, engagement events Advisory and Ops: Support HR administration such as creating simple reports/deck, letters, and drafting communications  Adhoc: Support PAO project if necessary Requirements Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence others. Confident, energetic, creative, experience in handling events, and able to work independently with minimum guidance. Using data to identify needle-moving initiatives that improve the employee experience Excellent english skills spoken and written (must be tested) Have a strong ownership Ideally, a Master’s Degree in Communications or English Language Good to Have  Copy-writing Have experiences in leading activities during university or internship Benefits Time off - We would love you to take time off to rest and rejuvenate.
