END USER COMPUTING (EUC) - IT SUPPORT

Job Requirements :A diploma or degree in Computer Studies or Information TechnologyCandidates with 3 years of helpdesk support experience will be preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant skillsets may also be consideredBasic operating knowledge on Windows Server Operating System will be added advantageStrong customer service skills with a knack for problem solving.An aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledgeAbility to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic understanding of Windows 10 OS, Active Directory, Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive), file and print infrastructureWorking knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and iOS and Android devicesBe a team player, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team membersProficient in spoken & written EnglishResponsibilities :Provide remote end user support primarily for Wilmar Singapore offices and Australia offices, occasional support of users in other regional offices may also be requiredProvide end user support for Windows 10 Operating Systems, File and Print, Office365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Active Directory etc.), ZoomProvide end user support for other desktop application including MS Office, Acrobat, Docusign, Anti-Virus software, VPN applicationTrouble-shoot issues related to Windows 10 OS for end-usersTracking & documenting support activities using ticketing system (JIRA)Complete assigned service requests tickets, e.g. new AD user account creation, deletion of AD user account, password reset, etcPerform applications and software upgrades, perform troubleshooting and fine tuning for usersIdentify and promptly escalate issues to level 2 engineers where necessary
