You will be at the forefront of production management, overseeing processes, and implementing strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency in alignment with our business goals.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.</li> <li>Develop and implement innovative production strategies that align with company goals.</li> <li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.</li> <li>Manage budgets and forecasts, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.</li> <li>Stay abreast of the latest manufacturing technologies and trends to drive innovation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.</li> <li><strong>Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.</strong></li> <li>3+ years experience in handling FMCG and Beverages production quality control, especially related to jelly, pudding, and yogurt.</li> <li>Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG manufacturing sector.</li> <li>Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and cost management.</li> <li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li> </ul>
