Our team in South Jakarta currently has an opening for a HR Operations Executive (Contract) YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Master data management.Employee onboarding.HR Reporting - Plan and organize timely and accurate preparation of human resources regulatory reports e.g. human resources report, headcount report, organizational charts, turnover rate report for local country management and Regional.Responsible for the delivery of human resources and administrative services according to policies and guidelines to ensure efficient and effective business operations.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and procedures.Manage and coordinate day-to-day human resources activities compensation & benefits administration, training, employee relations which are relevant to the responsible business areas to ensure that they are within operating policies and procedures and to recommend any cost-effective or efficient actions for sustained profitability.Partner with relevant statutory boards and educational institutions to participate in talent attraction and management programsMonitor employee relations developments. Foster employee’s positive attitude towards management policies and procedures. Maintain and improve healthy work environment to promote teamwork and friendly work atmosphere.Ensure accuracy of staff records are maintained.Support and deliver HR initiatives.Undertake and coordinate ad-hoc projects, monitor progress and ensure end-results are delivered. YOUR PROFILE Graduate/Post graduateFluent in English5-8 years' HR experience
