The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate, highly independent, self-driven with a growth mindset and is keen on accepting challenges yet remain humble with the aim of learning and growing with the team. 1. Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output and statutory reporting;2. Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes to improve efficiency and accuracy;3. Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes;4. Provide payroll reporting & analysis with the Finance team and assist with internal and external audits;5. Develop relationships with local authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc;6. Partnering and working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team to elevate employee experience.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications1. Hands-on, strong functional knowledge of payroll and tax knowledge in Indonesia;2. Proven track record in providing a high standard of payroll administration and calculation skills;3. Experience in legal and compliance audits in payroll, such as income taxes, statutory social securities;4. Strong influence and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications1. 3 years experience with in-house payroll operations experience;2. Experience in manual payroll calculations using Excel; 3. Highly proficient in computer software and excellent communication skills.
