This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for country business in revenue, growth, P&L, market share, channel partner and customer.</li> <li>Responsible for lead business by quarterly and annually in revenue, marketing program, channel development, pricing strategy and competition.</li> <li>Achieve sales target in quarterly and annually in all assigned territories for the solutions, products and service.</li> <li>Manage the pipeline and competitive activity by analyze, monitoring and develop strategy to win and minimize the negative trends.</li> <li>Work with relevant function in regional team to recruit, identify and enablement for new partner and manage the existing partner.</li> <li>Responsible for development and execution for sales campaign and marketing campaign.</li> <li>Sales activities for sales call, training, pipeline review, weekly and monthly report, account engagement, farming and huntering new opportunities.</li> <li>Responsible for planning and organizing events in conjunction with channel partner.</li> </ul> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> <style type="text/css"> </style> <strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor Degree's in Economy, Management, IT, Computer Science, Electronic or related major.</li> <li>Experienced 5 years related working experience in IT company and or SI (System Integrator).</li> <li>Should have ISP background minimum of 2 years as sales or AM (working in ISP field and have contact with ISP Customer).</li> <li>Having professional knowledge for Enterprises business process and ICT technology.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills.</li> <li>Good Communication and Negotiation skills.</li> </ul>
