AufgabenWe are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team, collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to drive sales activities in Indonesia for Industry Services, focusing on sectors such as Oil and Gas, Power Plants, Petrochemicals, and related fields.Key Responsibilities: Manage Customer & key Account for end-to-end sales engagement: from business development, marketing, proposal, customer order, contract execution, acceptance, invoice & collection in timely manner. Develop & Execute Sales Plan. Responsible for Sales Process compliance, Contract Management. Actively identify and pursue for Add-On Sales in received Customer Order. Liaise with other TÜV SÜD Entities and Partners for readiness of sales engagement and timely proposal submission. Carry out Customer or Marketing visits, marketing presentation, provide proposal / quotations and follow up potential clients.QualifikationenKey Requirements: Experience of at least 5 years, with extensive networks in: Chemical and Processing Industry, and Power generation and distribution sector Experience related in TIC industry as an advantageous. At least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant Discipline. Good customer communications and engagement with capability to generate add on sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Clear and effective presentation skills with strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-focused approach. Mature, self-disciplined, and motivated to achieve results.
