The Company Our client, which grows consistently in business performance since its establishment in 1992, now successfully comes out as one of the leading multi-finance companies in Indonesia. It is one of the subsidiaries of The Export-Import Bank of Korea, the major shareholder which has 85% of the shares and PT Pengelola Investama Mandiri (PIM) which has 15% of the shares. Up to now, our client is making every effort to provide the needed services to their customers. Having succeeded with the two services, Leasing and Factoring, now our client proudly presents the flagship financial services, Business Credit and Purchasing Credit. Whereas the preceding services were focusing on the benefits of utility ownership for the customers without depleting the available capital and financing activity in the form of the purchase of short-term trade receivable of a company as well as the settlement of the receivable, the two new services have more various benefits for the customers. Business Credit will give a short-term credit facility for productive purposes while Purchasing Credit will give a long-term credit facility for not only productive purposes but also consumptive purposes to our customers. Responsibilities: Maintain in-depth knowledge of corporate review and analysis. Maintain existing loan portfolios and customer relations. Supervise and provide guidance and direction to subordinates. Stay abreast of industry development, regulatory changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Actively seek out new potential customers. Requirements: At least 7 (seven) years of experience in similar position, preferably in the financing and banking industry. Good communication in English is a must. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably majoring in Accounting/ Management. Experienced in handling corporate credit Having strong knowledge of economic and accounting principle and practice, the financial market, and the analysis and reporting the financial data. Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the financial service industry. Having strong interpersonal skill, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach to drive client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth. Good communication skills with any level High self-responsibility, attention to details. Ability to work independently and as part of the team Notes : All the manager candidate are required a state a minimum 3 (of three) evidence (experience cases) of achievement in marketing management which cover the project name, project amount, success key, candidate's role, etc.
