Head Digital Partnership Description: Job PurposeResponsible to manage overall partnership vision & strategy of XL Axiata as converged operator in order to maximize partnership contribution for adding the value of converged products Key Accountabilities 1 Define overall partnership requirements from all stakeholders in XL Axiata and formulate strategy within categorized industries to contribute in adding value of overall XL Axiata Revenue through a road map2 Ensure deliverables of all KPIs and target are aligned to all partnership conducted, all team members and maintain business performance 3 Manage and lead partnership strategic development, as well as helping team to prioritize, negotiate, and trouble-shooting to achieve business results4 Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.5 Develop plans and execute functional strategies for many type of partnerships coordination and integration across stakeholders, as well as provide input into strategic decisions affecting KPIs6 Daily monitoring of business performance thru partnership collaboration and utilizing dashboard, identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.7 Track customer experiences and behaviors via metrics across online and offline channels, devices and touchpoints8 Monitoring market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential opportunities for new partnerships Job Responsibilities
