We are in contact with local and regional teams to collaborate and innovate. We manage the buying process and engage in commercial sourcing management to achieve the best contractual conditions and best results for company. Partner with the best As the Indonesia Sourcing Manager – Buying / Procurement, you’re to manage the buying process for a given set of goods. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Develops operational plan for own department. Operational contributions to plan of the larger unit. As an Indonesia Sourcing Manager – Buying / Procurement, you will be responsible for:Placing and following up on POs.Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution, as well as managing problems and schedule changes including updating ERP.Developing elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.Being able to communicate a broader picture to the team. Using basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.Providing services to the function or directly to the business.Handling department work guided by procedures. Exceptional cases are resolved by choosing the right procedure.Fuel your passion. To be successful in this role you will:Have bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Have at least 5 years’ experience and above in procurement & sourcing (raw materials or semi-finished goods)Have past or current experience in oil & gas or manufacturing industry (MNC setup).Have prior team management experience.Have good analytical and negotiation skills.Have experience in SAP, Ariba and Power BI experience.Have good verbal and written communication skills.Be able to accommodate to business travel as and when is required.Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
