Your expertise will drive the innovation and development of new and existing products, ensuring they meet market demands and maintain the highest standards of quality and uniqueness.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the development of new products from concept to launch, ensuring they align with company goals and market trends.</li> <li>Enhance and refine existing product lines for improved quality, profitability, and market relevance.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure cohesive product strategies.</li> <li>Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities.</li> <li>Manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within timelines and budgets.</li> <li>Oversee quality control processes, ensuring all products meet regulatory and company standards.</li> <li>Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging creative thinking and problem-solving.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or related field.</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.</li> <li>8+ years experience in handling FMCG and Beverages product development, especially related to jelly, pudding, and yogurt.</li> <li>Strong understanding of market research, product marketing, and related fields.</li> <li>Exceptional leadership and team management skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> </ul>
