Assistant Chief Engineer | Delonix Hotel Karawang

We are looking for an Assistant Chief Engineer who is highly motivated to work with our Engineering team for our Delonix Hotel Karawang. Responsibilities Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures for all equipment and systems in the hotel. Assist Chief engineer to ensure the safety of guests and employees by maintaining all safety equipment and systems. Manage a team of engineers and maintenance professionals, delegating tasks and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and effectively. Oversee capital projects and renovations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Create and manage the engineering and maintenance operating budget. Monitor and maintain all energy systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Continually seek out ways to improve the resort's operations and guest experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. At least 2 years of experience as Assistant Chief engineering or maintenance management, with a background in hospitality strongly preferred. Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment. Excellent leadership and management skills, able to effectively manage a team. Budget management experience, able to create and manage operating budgets. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues. Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
