Job Overview We are seeking a Male Cruise Director (CD) to join our client's team for our two liveaboards operating in Indonesia, catering to leisure and scuba diving enthusiasts. Due to room-sharing availability, only male applicants will be considered. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead the onboard team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. Oversee budgeting and organization of daily activities on the liveaboards. Demonstrate intermediate or higher proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Pay great attention to detail in all aspects of cruise operations. Actively hold a Divemaster or higher certification from any agency (PADI preferred). Maintain good behavior with no criminal records. Possess a complete set of personal dive equipment. Underwater photography skills and equipment are advantageous. Hold a Bachelor's Degree for work visa purposes (for non-Indonesian nationals). Demonstrate knowledge of dive sites in Indonesia, focusing on Komodo, Alor, Ambon, Banda, and Raja Ampat. Maintain professional diving insurance. Requirements Management and team-leading experience. Budgeting and organizing experience. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Active Divemaster or higher certification (PADI preferred). Excellent attention to detail. Clean criminal record. Own a complete set of personal dive equipment. Underwater photography skills and equipment (advantageous). Bachelor's Degree (for non-Indonesian nationals). Knowledge of dive sites in Indonesia. Professional diving insurance.
