Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing and managing documentation control. As a representative of the company, must prioritize maintaining high standards of integrity for all tasks. Accountable for both vendor and user departments in every project. Provide guidance to all users in procurement activities, following the company's P2P procedure. Utilize strong analytical skills to make low-risk decisions on behalf of the procurement team. Show a high level of curiosity in ensuring task progress complies with company procedures. Suggest new ideas for improving processes. Provide support for the procurement module on the Finance system, including Purchase Request, Purchase Order, and Good Receipt. Requirements Minimum requirement of a Diploma degree or enrollment in the final year of college. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Power Point. Proficient in reading and speaking English. Active and dynamic personality. Demonstrates honesty, discipline, and high integrity.
