Operations Supervisor

Position Summary Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the assembly and packaging operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality product that meet production deadlines and customer specifications. Responsibilities Lead and motivate team, providing coaching, development, and performance feedback.Develop, implement, and monitor operations procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.Schedule and assign operations tasks to ensure timely completion of orders.Conduct regular inspections of assembly and packaging lines, identifying and addressing potential issues to maintain smooth operations.Oversee maintenance of equipment, coordinating with maintenance personnel to ensure proper functionality and minimize downtime.Analyze operations processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.Implement Lean principles to streamline operations and eliminate waste.Manage inventory levels of materials, ensuring adequate stock to meet production needs while minimizing waste.Track key performance indicators for the assigned areas.Prepare reports on areas performance and present findings to management.Collaborate with engineering, planning, and quality control departments to ensure seamless product flow and consistent quality.Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety training and investigating accidents.Stay up to date on industry best practices. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree from Engineering MajorHave experience in manufacture environment (min 5 years) with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and motivational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Fluency in English both oral and written.
