Additionally, the specialist develops plans for socializing Clonal Technology services, registers services, releases analysis reports, and approves new procedures. They contribute to the development of methods, protocols, and new technologies related to plant tissue culture.Job description :Coordinate man power and job queue for Clonal Technology unitsMonitor laboratory activity, tasks, and budget utility for units and give approval for items purchase or requisition and arrange monthly unit laboratory meetingDevelop plan for technology socialization and socialize or provide updates on Clonal Technology services to potential client such as working group and potential collaboratorsList and register Clonal Technology services, release analysis or services report, approve utilization of new procedure or protocols, and design template and standard for each service reportDevelop methods, protocols, new technology acquisition, and new services related to plant tissue cultureDevelop specific training program for laboratory specialist to improve technical capacity by collaborating with Head of Quality and Process StandardizationSummarize annual activity and development program for Clonal TechnologyAssure that the Clonal Technology Laboratory can always provide it services by maintaining the laboratory process, instruments, and man powerJob requirements :Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field such as molecular biology, biotechnology, genetics, or a related discipline is required.Relevant work experience in molecular biology, cloning techniques, and genetic engineeringStrong analytical and problem-solving skills."Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
