Position Summary1. Promote all kinds of necessary service plans by managing all the processes that customers experience.2. Solve quality problems at an early stages and minimize the loss through technical support when quality issues occur to customers.3. Secure the level of quality for customers by carrying out quality collaboration with customers.Role and Responsibilities- Technical support and verification process management for Samsung product- Technical support related to the development of a Web App with the Tizen Platform for each global partner- Analyzing and reviewing defect- Create and review documents and report- Deployment supportSkills and Qualifications- Bachelor or master degree from reputable university- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field or as software engineer- Has good analytical & communication skills- Fluent in English is mandatory- Able to code & familiar with Javascript, HTML, CSS- Experience with React & Tizen development is a plus Samsung has a strict policy on trade secrets.
