As a Social Media Specialist, you will be the voice of agency clients online. You'll strategize, create, and execute social media campaigns that engage our audience, build community, and drive brand awareness. Requirements : 2+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio working for a marketing agency.  Required platform skills: Instagram & TikTok. Remote working experience is mandatory. Experience working for an International team is a plus! Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to capture the brand's voice and engage diverse audiences. Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Creative flair for content creation, with experience in graphic design, video editing, and content curation. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and technologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Responsibilities :  Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and audience's interests. Manage and oversee all social media accounts. Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts to spark conversations and increase engagement. Develop and oversee giveaways, contests, and various interactive initiatives to actively engage the audience Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to optimize future strategies and campaigns. Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, adapting strategies to leverage new opportunities. Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive online presence that supports overall company objectives.
