Materials Clerk (Receiving) - Park Hyatt Jakarta Park Hyatt Park Hyatt Jakarta ID - JW - JakartaProcurement and PurchasingEntry Level ManagerFull-timeReq ID: JAK001008LocalSummary·To be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other departments/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.·Responsible to ensure that all vendor follow Hotel procedure including hygiene requirement ·Responsible to check that all items delivered to Hotel is in accordance with Hotel specification requirement, Quantity is correct and not in exceeding the quantity that Hotel order ·Responsible to track that weighting scale calibration is done by vendor on regular basis. ·Responsible to do posting into purchasing system on all goods delivered to hotel.·Responsible to follow up in any query from shared service centre for any pending reconciliation of items delivered. ·Responsible for all beverage stored in Main beverage store ( this includes Beverages store arrangement, maintaining PAR stock, arrange pick up by FnB for beverages requested, ensure all beverages pick up documents are approved, perform stock take on daily and monthly basis, reconcile actual stock to system balance)·Maintain good manner and good attitude at all time during employment with Park Hyatt Jakarta.·Responsible to maintain good working ethic, and to not involve in any fraud or bribery practice in any kind.·Responsible to search sources to update the management regarding any changes in government rule that is related to Hotel purchases goods.·Responsible to keep confidentiality of all purchasing and financial data and will not provide any purchasing and financial data to other department, institution, or other company without prior approval from Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance. QualificationsIndonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business ManagementHas minimum 2 (Two) years experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel ChainPrevious experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantagesStrong in leadership and business acumenExcellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skillsHave Discipline, Integrity, and Attention to DetailGood Follow through, and Able to work independently with minimal supervisionAble to Work under pressure and within short datelineGood Negotiation skillEnergetic, Organize, Proactive PersonExperience in handling high volume of Request,Able to prioritize workTechnology Savvy and eager to learnPrevious Experiences with Microsoft excel, and Birchstreet system is advantageous
