Let’s create something incredible together!At Anaplan, we are looking for an Regional Vice President (RVP), Indonesia to join us and make your mark on the Indonesian Connected Planning Enterprise Software space. Are you a seasoned SaaS sales leader with the prowess to develop and execute a multi-faceted sales strategy with focus on value selling and driving our teams towards increasing Enterprise level sales ? The Regional Vice President of Indonesia will report to the AVP, SE Asia & GCR and will lead a team of Account Executives, expand Anaplan’s footprint at existing customers and build new relationships with prospects in Indonesia. Your goal ? To secure market share, elevate customer satisfaction, and foster customer loyalty. As a hands-on leader, you'll take ownership of key metrics, driving net ARR growth through new bookings, expansions, upsells, and renewals, all while maintaining exceptional customer retention. Your expertise will lie in effectively positioning the business value, selling enterprise software solutions, navigating complex sales cycles, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in large corporations.What you’ll be doing: Guide and manage the activities of the Account Executives in Indonesia within assigned region to ensure that company revenue goals and objectives are exceededDevelop and execute on a business plan to expand business into new accountsthroughout a given regionJuggle the closing of current-quarter deals while nurturing longer-term opportunitiesCoordinating and managing weekly and monthly one-on-one and team pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best-practice sharing.Managing daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensureabove quota results based on successful pipeline managementAttracting, hiring, onboarding and retaining top sales talent; managing attritionDisplay a thorough understanding of business needs and revenue potential for accounts in the assigned region You have: Bachelor's DegreeExceptional C-level communication skillsMinimum of 10 years of experience in leading or driving enterprise software sales in Indonesia.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and empower employees within a team-oriented approachTrack record of successfully leading a software company into new territoriesProficiency in demonstrating SaaS/cloud-based software and discussing it with business leadersExpertise in teaching, coaching, and training sales methodologiesStrong written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skillsWillingness to travel as needed throughout the region Bonus points: Experience in EPM, BI, or ERP software salesHistory of consistently meeting and exceeding team quotasPassion for thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentSuccess in selling to Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales/Sales Operations
