Description As the Sales Manager – High Speed Separator & Decanter, you will be responsible to define and manage sales plans and activities for your specific area.Conduct market and customer analysis and mapping to define business potential and opportunities, building into impactful sales strategies.Proactively look for and manage leads from market and customers, and convert them into real business opportunities.Be active in the market by making visits, meetings, and other engagement with customers, focusing on understanding the customer’s needs.Pro-actively connect and coordinate internally with Business Unit Manager to deliver results based on the agreed priority action plan.Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and decision making.This role is an individual contributor role and does not have a team reporting to the role.What You KnowBachelor's degree in Engineering major.You have 5 to 15 years sales working experience preferably in the Process Food industry with strength in value-based selling to decision makers. Experience with separation equipment (in a technical or sales capacity), such as High-speed Separator, Decanter, Membrane filtration or Evaporation would be an advantage.You are a self-motivated team player with strong customer focus.You are well-versed with development and execution of sales strategies and have also demonstrated proven track record of over-achievement in your current or previous work capacity.You are someone who has good interpersonal skills, both internally and externally, proactive and takes initiative in achieving business goals.You have high level of energy and focus to achieve ambitious goals.What is in it for youWe offer a challenging position in an open and friendly environment where we help each other to develop and create value.
