Manager UX & Design Product

At Kartu Prakerja, the Manager UX & Design Product role is a critical position in our organization. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and driving the design of our products. As the Manager UX & Design Product, you will be responsible for leading the UX and design team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of usability and visual appeal. Job Description Lead and manage the UX and design team, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day work Create and implement UX strategies and design principles to enhance the user experience of our products Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements and features Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gain insights and validate design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and brand standards Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX and design Mentor and coach team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Manage relationships with external design agencies and freelancers, as needed Lead design review sessions and facilitate cross-team collaboration Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or related fields Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects and expertise in user-centered design Proven experience in leading and managing design teams Expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Technology, or a related field Benefits Working with the biggest Innovation Public Services in Indonesia Working on the product used by 100 Millions of people in Indonesia from 514 city and district For more about our output, outcome , and impact of Kartu Prakerja here
