Software AG is the software pioneer of a truly connected world.  Since 1969, we’ve helped 10,000+ organizations turn data into decisions.  Our industry-leading suite of ,  and  products creates a flow of data between people, departments, systems, and devices.  We connect people and technology for a smarter tomorrow. Our story goes beyond technology.  We put people first – employees, customers, and partners.  We build strong teams and cultivate relationships that last.  We provide incomparable products, solutions, services, and technical excellence for our customers.  We are a team of over 5,000 colleagues across 70+ countries who value inclusion, integrity, and innovation.  Our size means everyone has an impact and every voice is valued.  We are big enough to compete and small enough to care.Essential Job Functions Provide the application of technical/functional skills to assist our customers and partners to create and implement successful and innovative solutions that run, manage and optimize their key business processes while decreasing costs and inefficiencies.Financial responsibilities may include project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing. May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.Project management activities may include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring.Assist and prepare client proposals; participate in RFP process; and participate in the identification and development of sales opportunities.Provide direction for Software AG Integration development experience of average complexity and team lead to other consultants at client site.Gain working knowledge of SAG/webMethods tools and techniques. Able to train, coach, mentor, and assist others in a team effort.Identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.Requirements Skills and Experience           At least 5-6 years of working experience as team lead, supervisor, pre-sales or project/program manager in Software AG webMethods, preferably in integration implementationMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills with immediate client, supervisor and peers, as well as, presentation, organizational and planning skills.Must have experience in proposal generation, project cost estimating, and complex project management as well as resource managementMust have experience in leading and supervising consultants on multiple projects/programs.Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to gain clients confidence and maintain a professional relationship with clients, peers and management.Expected to have experience working with an agile development methodology as well as participating in JAD sessions and performing user requirements definitions.Expected to Work with minimal supervision as a team lead and be part of a teamAn advantage to have the skills, knowledge or experience in java programming, DevOps, API Management and Cloud Technology.An advantage to have the experience and knowledge in business domain knowledge of Banking, Insurance, Logistics, and Telco.Comfortable with communicating professionally in English
