We are seeking a dynamic and skilled candidate to lead our innovative combined role of Investor Relations (IR) and Project Management Office (PMO). This role is designed to bridge the gap between financial performance communication and operational execution, ensuring that our strategic projects not only meet business objectives but also enhance investor confidence and understanding. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of financial acumen and project management expertise, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information and drive significant corporate initiatives. Responsibilities Investor Relations side: Develop and maintain a strong investor relations strategy and framework Communicate financial results, business strategies, and risk factors to investors and analysts clearly and accurately Monitor industry and competitor benchmark Manage investor meetings and create the presentation materials Work closely with internal team to generate data and analysis needed for investors Project Management side: Oversee the PMO under corporate finance and corporate strategy  Co-lead due diligence process in fundraising Requirements Having 1 until 3 years of working experience Strong understanding of financial reporting & accounting principles Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects at the same time Spreadsheet and slides geek Prior investor relations / investment banking / VC / PE / corporate finance experience is a major plus Passed FMVA certified is a major plus
