Job Description Customer Success ExecutiveTo continue our success story, we are looking for a Customer Success Executive primarily support our client portfolio. This role will need to focus on our customer experience and life-cycle and ensure that our customers are using Kredivo’s platform effectively and maximising on our robust features to guarantee they get the most value.About the role: Manage merchant/partner since they live with KredivoAnalyse how to grow Transaction with the merchant/partnerProviding content for merchant/partner to educate userProvide transaction report by weekly, monthly and quarterlyCreate interesting campaigns to help merchant/partner grow their transaction About you: Min. Bachelor degree (preferred from Business / Management Graduate).Min. 2 years work experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.Experience in working in multifunctional team..Microsoft office proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point).A big passion on engaging customers and expanding their use cases through our product.
