We are in search of young talented with an energetic personality , yet elegant that fulfill the requirement for an admin F&B to work with our amazing F&B team Responsibilities Manage and route phone calls appropriately Maintain physical and digital employee records Schedule in-house and external meetings Manage and order office supplies Distribute incoming mail Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person) Organize company documents into updated filing systems Requirements Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel) Fully understand about F&B service and product daily operations Willing to be placed in Karawang
