The Cybersecurity and Data Privacy team reports directly under the office of the CISO headed by Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Jason Lau () who has over 23+ years of experience in the cybersecurity space, awarded Global Top 100 CISO, and also serves on the World Economic Forum, International Association of Privacy Professionals and more. The team comprises of multiple functions from Blockchain Security, Operational Security, Security Governance and Compliance and more. We drive a culture of having a growth mindset and being humble to help everyone achieve their potential. Security and Data Privacy Compliance first strategy which has been at the core of our company. The security team helped to drive us to be the first Crypto company worldwide to achieve ISO27001, ISO27701, ISO22301 and PCI:DSS (Level 1) certifications. Extremely detailed third party attested by international audit firm SGS and achieved "Adaptive (Tier 4)" – the highest level possible for the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework and the latest NIST Privacy Framework as well as SOC2 and many other regional certifications like the Data Protection Trust Mark.Responsibilities:Develop and execute security projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and establish project timelines and milestones.Coordinate with stakeholders to identify security requirements and ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.Monitor project progress and communicate project status, potential bottlenecks, and key deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders in an effective manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, operations, and legal, to ensure security requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle.Action any ad-hoc requests and tasks as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Ideally, 3 plus years of experience in Project Management with a proven record of security projects and blockchain-related project implementation. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, or PMP are desirable.Strong time management, willing to learn, and able to work independently.Excellent command of English, both written and verbally.Intrinsically motivated with a can-do attitude; always looking for creative ways to circumvent challenges with minimal supervision.Meticulous and organized.
