Finance & Accounting Manager - Manufacturing

Job Description - Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy- Oversee accounting daily operations- Responsible for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue, etc- Monitor and analyze accounting data- Set up and monitor members' KPIs- Regularly produce financial reports and statements- Encourage other employees to adhere to standards- Perform and oversee annual audits- Other task as assigned Job Requirement ・Have work experience min 5 years as Accounting Manager in a Japanese manufacturing company・Posses Bachelor degree from Accounting major・Hold Brevet A & B・Computer skill・Experiend preparing budget, forecast, cashflow, financial statement・Business English ・Willing to work in Depok
