Leveraging the pervasive use of smartphones among Indonesian consumers, we provide versatile data collection methods via our intuitive mobile app. Role Overview: Populix is currently seeking four skilled freelance field researchers for an upcoming study titled "Employee Wellbeing - Emotions at Work." This project is expected to span 1.5 - 2 months per person, and incentives will be provided. The project is slated to commence in early May. Responsibilities: Develop and translate questionnaires based on research objectives. Monitor daily activities and track progress of respondents in relevant companies. Send timely reminders to respondents to encourage survey completion. Summarize collected data on daily activities and targets effectively. Assist with any additional administrative tasks necessary during the study. Candidates must be willing to travel to Sukabumi Barat area, as they will be required to participate in offline data collection activities for approximately 1.5 months. Requirements: Minimum graduate degree in Psychology. Fresh graduates are preferred. Dedication to monitoring respondent activities daily. Prior academic research experience preferred. Reside in the Jabodetabek or Sukabumi area. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Powered by JazzHR
