Responsibilities Conduct customer visits and surveys to collect necessary documentation for customer eligibility verification. Meticulously evaluate the condition of collateral (car or vehicle) and provide recommendations in the system for car appraisal. Dedicate to achieving the target number of visits and strictly adhere to the agreed upon SLA processing time. Perform thorough know-your-customer (KYC) procedures, including document authentication, verification, and fraud detection. Verify and record the frame machine number of the car and securely transport the original BPKB to the administration service office (Samsat) for blocking. Ensure completion of all documentation and verification checks with a high-quality report. Requirements At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university. Must have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience as a surveyor / appraiser / analyst in a financial institution. Good knowledge of car conditions including body, engine, interior, and exterior. Able to work in the field under set targets. Prior experience in credit or lending companies is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and positive attitude.
