Maintenance Manager - Chemical

Job Description - Develop, maintain and control preventive maintenance in coordination with the Production Department in order to achieve minimum maintenance cost.- Perform and support routine maintenance activities in relation with all production machineries, equipment and infrastructures as well in order to ensure maximum support to All Departments.- Organize, control and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance of machines in order to minimize machines breakdown.- Organize and control all utilities activities, including scheduling and monitoring in order to achieve efficiency and no downtime operation and cost effective.- Perform and organize calibration process in all production machineries and equipment in order to ensure the accuracy of machineries and equipment used for production. - Serve and repair viscosity controller to customers in order to support marketing function as the added value product - Organize and control WWTP process continuously in order to achieve the standard regulation from government.- Perform all health, safety and environment roles in supporting to production process in order to achieve no accident target.- Develop, maintain and control the effectiveness of Integrated Management System implementation by maintaining good records of documents.- Other assigned duties. Job Requirement ・Bachelor's Degree (S1) of field study Electrical Engineering from reputable Universities.・5 years of experience as Production Manager from Japanese Manufacturing.・English Business proficiency.・Advance level in mechanical, electrical, instrumental, production process, and product knowledge as well as computer area including the designing and practical aspects.・Understand P&ID, PLC, HMI, SCADA hardware.・Understand applicability ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3 and ISO 45001, ISO 50001.・Understanding the fire protection equipment system implementation, control drive and pneumatic & hydraulic system.
