Machine Technician (Manufacturer)

Currently we are helping one of our clients in the manufacturing industry look for a Machine Technician with the following details: About the Clients: This company started as a garment company in 1989 that is based in Indonesia, since then they have partnered with many customers worldwide to provide their branding retail needs with global standards. Job Responsibilities:  Create a preventive maintenance schedule for all machines in the company Check and service the machine regularly according to the specified schedule Replace spare parts according to current requirements Make repair reports for each machine Investigate problems that occur in the machine if the machine does not produce production according to its optimal capacity Ensure that machine productivity is maintained, regularly testing the condition of the machine Updating & coordinating with the PPIC team so that the machine can run according to the wp created Analyze the causes of machine breakdown and report to PPIC and management Carrying out engine disassembly and disassembly overhauls Job Requirements:  Minimum have a D3/ S1 Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering) Have 4 years experience working in the position of Engineer, Mechanical Technician Candidates who are able to use English in writing and reading will be given priority Able to install & troubleshoot production machines Physically and spiritually healthy, able to work under pressure Maximum age 40 years Able to work in AC & NON AC rooms Have high leadership, discipline and responsibility skills Can work 6  working days, 1 day off and in 3 shifts Able to carry out corrective & preventative maintenance and machine maintenance Able to work in the field and can work independently or in a team Can use a computer and Microsoft Office programs, Autocad will be prioritized Powered by JazzHR
