(FMCG) Tax Supervisor

Recognized for its exceptional quality in the FMCG sector, the company primarily focuses on B2B partnerships, catering to supermarkets and store retailers, ensuring that every bite resonates with uncompromised quality and innovation.</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our new tax team, a strategic and critical role for our expanding operations in Indonesia. This position involves comprehensive management of our tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations and contributing to our financial efficiency and integrity.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and build a new tax team, providing guidance and expertise.</li> <li>Manage all tax planning and compliance activities for the company.</li> <li>Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns and documents.</li> <li>Develop and implement effective tax strategies aligned with business goals.</li> <li>Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities, and represent the company in tax audits.</li> <li>Keep abreast of changes in tax regulations and laws in Indonesia.</li> <li>Advise on tax implications of business initiatives and decisions.</li> <li>Collaborate with other departments to integrate tax strategy with overall business plans.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of tax experience, with a focus on Indonesian tax laws and regulations.</li> <li>Experienced in FMCG industry is a must.</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing a team.</li> <li>Proficient in Mandarin is highly advantageous, not a must.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li> </ul>
