Responsibility:Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.Key person in market insight and analyticsResponsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on consumers, direct customers, competitors, and the marketMonitor product lifecycleManage budget in market insight and analytics Qualification and/or experience required:BS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Engineering or related fieldStrong analytical thinking and ability to interpret large dataStrong communication and presentation skillsKnowledge and ability to use statistical analysis in market research, such as regression, multivariateFamiliar with statistical packages (SPSS, SAS, Excel, or similar)Knowledge of data collection methodsKnowledge of data warehousing, modelling, and miningAt NS BlueScope our success comes from our people.
