About the roleIn this role, you will:• Ensuring and monitoring the procurement process is carried out at the right cost, on time, with the right specifications and recorded correctly and actual in accordance with company procedures and regulations.• Conduct and ensure supplier evaluation to make sure the performance meet the expectation & standard regulation company in yearly basis.• Perform data analysis according to the needs / demands of the procurement process with the aim of developing strategies, finding sources of goods and alternatives, market prices check for optimal & efficient cost, timely procurement of goods according to company regulatory standards• Ensure the Tender Procurement process is carried out in accordance with company regulatory standards, starting from the formation of the tender committee, Invitations, Negotiation Schedule, Negotiation Implementation, Price Summary, and Final Outcome.• Control and monitoring of the contract of both parties are carried out in accordance with the agreement letter. Conduct analysis, review and evaluation on a regular basis (every 3/6 months) together with the Users as needed (additional/revision), and monitor contract period.• Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained within between supplier-logistic-user in relation to procurement, inventory management support and contract agreement.• Ensure Non-Conformance issue of goods are solved and follow up immediately, recorded, reported and make sure the Non-Conformance Issue is not occurred again.• Monitor and ensure the daily, weekly, monthly reports and as per requirement report is done accurately and on time.• Provide assistance, communication, cost review and negotiation related to component repair requirement, fabrication and units service with Inspector/QA component on a regular basis in order to achieve the objectives.• Sort priority order as per requirement, Safety Impact, Breakdown Machine, High-Cost Impact Production.• Supporting and contributing to the continuous improvement program is related to the Supply Chain department.• Find solution and advice as per requirement from user, internal department & related department.About you• Good in English (oral & written)• Able to manage a lot of reporting/documents• Ms. Offices (Required: Ms. Excel - Min. Intermediate Level), Reporting, Communication, System• SAP knowledge, JD Edwards & Oracle are preferred• Have good stress management• Detail oriented• Multitask
