The F&B Outlet Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the restaurant and bar teams, coordinating with the culinary department, and implementing effective strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. They play a vital role in maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence, creating memorable dining experiences, and fostering a positive work environment for the staff.QualificationsThe candidates for this position should possess a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, although equivalent work experience may be considered. They must have several years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a high-end or luxury hotel setting, with expertise in managing multiple outlets. Strong leadership skills are essential for team management and employee engagement. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, financial acumen, and a guest-centric mindset are crucial for effective management.
