In this role you will use your passion for digital marketing to develop and execute innovative strategies that promote our brand and products. You will use data to analyse customer behaviour and preferences while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Roles & Responsibilities:- Strong CRM skills: have a deep understanding of customer relationship management systems and be able to use data to analyse customer behaviour and preferences- Excellent project management skills: able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including creating timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating with team members and vendors- Excellent communication skills: strong communication skills to effectively convey marketing plans and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders- Strong analytical skills: able to analyze data and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make informed decisions about future marketing initiatives- Creativity: able to think creatively to develop innovative marketing campaigns that capture the attention of the target audience- Digital marketing skills: should have experience with digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO- Collaborative skills: able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design teams- Attention to detail: have a keen eye for detail to ensure that all marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and free of errors- Customer focus: customer-focused and understand the needs and preferences of B2B target audience (TikTok Shop Seller, Creator, and Agencies)- Continuous learning: committed to ongoing learning and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices - Bachelors degree in Business Management or Marketing Communication- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing - Experienced in market research, data analytics and Microsoft office
