If you are a dynamic procurement professional, adept at fostering strategic collaboration with internal stakeholder & external supplier, skilled in driving efficient procurement processes and possessing proven track record in delivering substantial cost saving then this role is just for you!Main ResponsibilitiesStrategic Collaboration: Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to align procurement activities with business objectives and enhance overall organizational efficiency.Implement Procurement Strategies: Co-develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize costs, negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to enhance overall cost efficiency with regional/global buyers.Identify Cost Saving Opportunities: Actively seek and analyze opportunities for cost savings, utilizing market insights and industry trends to contribute to the organization's financial objectives.Supplier Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers, monitoring performance, managing contracts, and resolving issues promptly to ensure a reliable and high-quality supply chain.Candidate CriteriaExperience & QualificationBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldDemonstrated success in fostering strategic collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.Prior minimum 1 year's work experience in other FMCG company would be an advantage.SkillStrategic Skills: Ability to develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with overall business objectives.Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier relationships.Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, utilizing tools to track key procurement metrics and generate insightful reports.Proven track record in implementing cost-effective procurement strategies and actively seeking opportunities for cost savings.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.LeadershipYou are energized by delivering fantastic results.
