This position is for K2 Data Centres (PT K2ID Strategic Infrastructure), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.Manage and service large scale data centre infrastructure and facilities to ensure 24x7 operations.Job DescriptionManagement of compliance in data centre related ISO accreditation and the Information Security Management System. Prepare for building the ISO systems. This involves working alongside our IT support vendor, group functions and compliance support vendor IT Governance. Point of contact and work with the Operations team for Health and Safety across all sites and working with Health and Safety vendors and Health and safety training across the Operations team. Also seeking ISO accreditation for K2 data centres. Key support with building and maintaining the Information Security Management System and have prepared for the ISO accreditation and other accreditation and available for audits.Key support for monitoring and reporting environmental, recycling waste management reporting for sustainability and support during audits.Point of contact along with Facilities Lead for environmental audits.Point of contact for IT procurement, IT licensing, support licensing and asset management across multiple data centre sites.Point of contact for finance and work with the Operations team, K2 Finance and the customers with Operations budgets, billing and customer billing.Management of the Operations planning for Planned Preventative maintenance and the Computer Aided Facility Management System which manages and generates the tickets for the Operations team to carry out the required tasks.Point of contact for Security along with the Facility Lead. Since becoming online K2 Data Centres manages physical access to the facilities by our Security vendor.Work alongside the Facilities Operations General Manager on Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects. This will be increasing going forward.Manage all internal and external training schedules including EHS & TechnicalEnsuring the EHS policy Documents and processes within the facility are maintained and escalated where appropriate.Key support with asset management and life cycle management of IT equipment and work alongside Ops IT Vendor and Corporate IT support.Key support with finance purchase orders, invoicing and budgets.Key support with Planned preventative maintenance planning and working on CAFM ticketing system and new ticketing system when online.Control and enhance a systemic planned preventative maintenance (PPM) review process with support from all stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of the existing planned maintenance program.Issue PPMs for all maintenance activities.Maintain the CAFM helpdesk to be able to continuously monitor performance of the facility and react appropriately to issues that arise.Develop and issue reports as required from CAFM and monitoring systems.Become a subject matter expert on the CAFM application and new ticketing system when online.Key support in monitoring and reporting on physical security and working alongside the security vendors.Manage and complete ad-hoc projects as assigned.Prepare reports by collating, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.Work internally or with other departments to increase efficiencies and reduce potential failure scenarios.Requirements/Qualifications/Skills required: An appropriate qualification in Engineering, with at least 15 years of relevant experiences in a 24x7 critical infrastructure/ DC/ telco environment Demonstrated experiences in managing and mentoring a team of Engineers/ Specialists to achieve strategic and operational goals Possesses relevant DC and/or FM related certifications, such as CDCP, CDCS Familiar with certifications standards, such as LEED Gold, ISO 20000 / 22301 / 27001, TIA 942, Uptime Institute Tier III, Green Mark, etc Hands-on experiences and knowledge in M&E and building related systems, eg CRAU, chillers, PDU, UPS, Switch Gears Ops, DX cooling, Network structure cabling, Security Lead major DC activities during non-office hours where appropriate Proven stakeholder/ vendor management skills and collaboration abilities with cross functional teams Proficient with MS Office tools
