OTT Digital Partnership Description: Job PurposeKey Accountabilities 1 Define the Partnership positioning within OTT (Video, Music, Soc. Med) , seek requirements from stakeholdres and look for potential partners2 Manage and maintain the day-to-day inquiries partnership functions such as collaboration in product, marketing, brand, IT, network and delivery channels3 Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.4 Develop plans and execute functional strategies for many type of partnerships coordination and integration across multiple units, as well as provide input into strategic decisions affecting customer acquisition and marketing initiatives.5 Daily monitoring of business performance thru partnership collaboration and utilizing dashboard, identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.6 Track customer experiences and behaviors via metrics across online and offline channels, devices and touchpoints7 Monitoring market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential opportunities for new partnershipsJob ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project Management
