POSITION OBJECTIVE S : Perform inbound and outbound daily operation and inventory management. Ability to operate all kinds of moving equipment in the warehouse. Manage inventory in high accuracy through SAP system. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Timely input or update all transactions in SAP system. Ability to resolve griefs such as discrepancy between actual and SAP system and managing defects parts. Provide basics training for new member based on SWS and other procedure. Ability to operate all kinds of moving equipment to load, unload, sorting, packing, put away and pick in all areas of the warehouse. Effectively follow SWS and ensure daily activities in line with SWS. Perform daily process audit and location audit, STC and year-end stocktaking. Warehouse equipment maintenance and maintain good housekeeping on daily basis. Ensure all goods in warehouse are placed orderly. Perform other duties equivalent to the same or lower classifications. This role will support the activities below: Unloading Sorting. Packing Putaway Picking Kitting Line scanning for Kanban H2K Box Replenishemnt H2K Kitting SLED checking H2K Rack Bintracing Kanban Change implementation at H2K rack Onsite physical H2K parts counting CBS data query regarding H2K POU Kanban Maintain 5S for assigned workstation / equipment MHE operating SAP data entering SAP transactions Hands-on training Putaway & Pickup denial investigation Resolving grief QUALIFICATION: High school qualifications or above, minimum 3 years of related experience. Ability to operate the forklift trucks, forklift license is required. Have computer or keyboard skill and SAP experience is preferred. Good team player and positive attitude.
