We put the diversity of our employees as a source of richness for the fulfillment of this vocation.About the Role: As Medical Representative your purpose is to achieve targeted sales and maximize market share growth for allocated products in teh territory within the prescribed sales strategy as well as the prevailling local regulation and corporate policy. You will also promote excellent customer service and establish confidence in our Company. What you will be doing: Planning Optimize sales force performance by analyzing own sales and market information then developing plan of action with Area Manager, in order to ensure the objectives achieved. Sales To ensure the provision of accurate and approved information concerning products to all members of the health care community. Explore area potential; finding information and data on competitor, develop PDP. analyze the sales performance and activities and follow up action plan. Conducting hospital listing. Marketing Activities Execute marketing activities of the assigned products in own area (detailing, RTM, FGD, and others). Analyze the sales performance and activities and follow up action plan. Monitor product stock availability in the hospital/pharmacy. Internal Relations Collaborates with other Sales Force, marketing and other internal team members on various cross-functional projects. External Relations Establishing and maintain relationship with medical communities and distributor, conduct activities to support registration of product in hospital and/ or institution formulary. Product & Medical Knowledge Manage own competencies on product, medical knowledge and Selling skills. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metricsThis position will be located in several cities in Indonesia.
