Director Consulting Jakarta

About this role The Director Consulting is the primary driver of conversations with clients prior to the signing of contracts. This role requires engaging with business CXOs of clients to understand their business and propose solutions enabling them to create new profit pools by leveraging additiv’s Finance-as-a-Service Platform (AFP). In this position you are responsible for the consultative sales process from lead to final contract signing, including a short phase to design the solution and define the book of work for all parties. Your responsibilities Build the business architecture most suitable for the platform proposition for the respective client’s business modelDevelop and deepen executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with senior management of clients and other stakeholdersOwn and lead the client opportunity from initial discussion, exploration workshops, and solution design to creating the book of work for all platform participantsLead, mentor and manage team members from consulting or other departmentsSupport the Market Head in creating collaterals, thought leaderships and new propositionsRepresent additiv in brand building activities such as events, talks and festival booths in the APAC region Your qualifications, skills and experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Business/Finance, or other relevant background. MBA will be a plusA minimum of 10 years proven track record in a top tier investment bank or strategy consulting firmTrack record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital Wealth Management Insurance or Consumer BankingExcellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken).
