Come join us now. Job Description: Establishing long term sales strategy to develop turnover in respect to brands' equity, within given budgets, growing market. Building and maintaining close business relationships with Salons and partners Launch the business category in 2023 and growth the categories, working close cooperation with Brand team and Zone to develop Sellout. Signing annual contracts with salon and focus to conquest and salon education Building Key Account Plans per Salon and have business joint plan of salon activations Driving efficiency (manage budget, Total discounts, and allowances, responsible for gross margin) Built Salon coaching, education plan and development towards Salon Requirements Retail or FMCG with background in the Lifestyle Industry. Background in Handling SM or any SM Affiliates Degree in Business/Marketing or relevant discipline with at least 3 to 5 years prior work experience in MNC,FMCG and Retail Excellent oral and written communications in the English language Solid analytical, communication and negotiation skills Knowledgeable in MS office application and P&L management Strong Negotiation Skills Possess Winning Attitude in handling internal and external customers.
