Whatever your skills and experience, we’ll help you to thrive in our inclusive culture.About the RoleWe're seeking a motivated and execution focused Production Team Leader to oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols. You'll lead a team in controlling and validating raw materials, bulk liquid blending, finished product bottling, and sanitation processes. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining lab equipment and driving team performance towards agreed-upon production and maintenance targets.Key Tasks / AccountabilitiesAs part of leader shift team in LKJ plant organization to deliver strategic objectives in governance, aware for environtment- health – safety (EHS), quality,cost, responsiveness and people develovment in order to achieve plant vision and support DIAGEO business in marketControl and validate the quality of product specific in raw material,blending of bulk liquid,until validate the liquid in finished product during bottling processControl and validate sanitation processControl and maintain the lab equipmentAccountable to meet production and maintenance targets as agreedEngage with the Daily Operational Review meetings to discuss persistent performance issuesEnsures daily raw material meet production targets as agreed in production planningAbout YouStrong leadership capabilities as per Diageo’s Leadership Standard with experiences in food/beverages manufacturing industries for minimum 3 yearsExperienced in implementations of manufacturing best practicesExperienced in operations and managing multiple employeesHaving strong analysis capabilities in financial, quality, and root cause skillMinimum diploma/bachelor degree from mechanical/electrical/chemical/industry engineeringPreferable having experiences or exposures in alcohol industry with multinational culturePreferable having an experience with SAPPreferable having experiences in ISO/HACCP CertificationPreferable having shift-based manufacturing environment experienceDiversity StatementCelebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to Diageo’s purpose of “celebrating life every day everywhere”.
