Whatever your skills and experience, we’ll help you to thrive in our inclusive culture.About the RoleAs our Junior Blending Operator, you will be responsible ensuring product quality from raw materials to finished goods during the bottling process, with responsibilities including overseeing and validating raw material quality, blending bulk liquids, and validating finished product liquids within our established plant in Bali.If you're ready to make a real impact and play a crucial part in ensuring excellence in quality and safety, then this might be the role for you!Key Tasks / AccountabilitiesAs part of leader shift team in LKJ plant organization to deliver strategic objectives in governance, aware for environment- health – safety (EHS), quality, cost, responsiveness and people development in order to achieve plant vision and support DIAGEO business in marketControl and validate the quality of product specific in raw material, blending of bulk liquid, until validate the liquid in finished product during bottling processControl and validate sanitation processControl and maintain the lab equipmentSafety awareness to keep working process and working area are safely Operate SPIRIT blending equipmentOperate and maintain water treatment plantMaintain SPIRIT blending equipment through autonomous maintenance Prepare procedure/working instruction SPIRIT blending operation Fill all the form daily report operation Understand and implement GMP Practices and personal hygiene as part of our commitment to food safetyAbout YouAgile and resilience to adapt changing situations/plansMust be able to work in a fast pace environment and learn on the jobAbility to work in a team environment and get along with others.Vocational School major in General or Management.At least 3 years business experience in manufacturing consumer goods preferably in beverage factory.Basic ability to apply computer, Microsoft word and ExcelGood communication skills – spoken and written in BahasaQuality & food safety knowledge (Quality & Food safety policy, SQIP, brand assurance)Capable to understand and implement personal hygiene and Good Manufacturing PracticesDiversity StatementCelebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to Diageo’s purpose of “celebrating life every day everywhere”.
