What The Job Covers As the lead of the social media team, we steer defined competence and play a significant role in evolution of Greenpark’s social media business Be client’s day-to-day point of contact and partner for all things pertaining to social media Lead by owning social media and influencer outreach strategies, working cross-functionally with local and regional members, to ensure synergy and social media impact for the brands at scale.Oversee Indonesia social media projects and assist in growing the social business in Indonesia through new business efforts, pitches and proposals Guardianship and governance of social strategy, channel architecture and best in class content. Keeping up to date with industry, social media updates and trends. Ensuring social media trends, platform knowledge, audience insights, performance data and measurement are at the heart of our output, while making proactive recommendations to clients based on trends and insights. Continuously coach team members to enhance internal social media and influencer outreach capabilities. Ensure team is monitored on a daily basis to deliver, publish, amplify, track and optimise content accordingly. Demonstrate communication excellence with presentations, trainings, webinars, social strategy update calls to key stakeholders. To monitor and track the performance of strategies ensuring continuous high levels of performance.
